It’s not hard to see why Sutton Coldfield is held in such high esteem – it's located amongst acres of beautiful green space, it has convenient transport links (8 miles into Birmingham and close to the M6), and its excellent choice of schools make it a destination of choice for family life.
Sutton Park is the crowning glory of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield. Boasting heathland, wetlands, marshes, woodland, and even cattle and wild ponies, visitors can enjoy the numerous activities the park has to offer – so if you’re into sailing, golf, riding, cycling or just viewing the immense variety of wildlife and plants, this is a must visit destination.

If you’d rather be in the thick of city life, Sutton Coldfield has a fantastic and vibrant town centre. Blending a mix of independent retailers with high street classics, the town centre is great for shoppers, and there are an abundance of eateries too in the Restaurant Quarter.
Sutton Coldfield actually boasts the most expensive property in Birmingham at a whopping £7.5 million, but really it’s just a wonderful place to live, a commuter hub, and a place people specifically move to as a location of choice to raise a family.
If it’s good enough to be a Royal Town, then it’s certainly up our street too!
