About me.
Estate Agents don’t have the best of reputations and in many cases justifiably so. There, I said it.
But let me stick up for those of us who genuinely care to see you happy while you go through your selling and buying process. From the moment you contact me, I am engaged. I will ask questions, delve deeper into our conversation and figure out how to tailor my services for you.
You might be someone who rings up, not really knowing which direction to take but that is my job to help you figure that out, or you might be someone who knows exactly what they want but doesn’t have the tools to get them there.
I will show you what I can do to help and that is showing you what my work ethic is like and I go by the saying, “If the answer is no, then you’re asking the wrong person”. So even if I didn’t know the answer, I’ll find out or know someone who will.
I have been an Estate Agent for 6 years, loved every minute. Working for one of the most established, national High Street Estate Agents in the UK, alongside so many agents who I admire for their knowledge in sales and negotiation and on a genuine customer service level.
I have now made the decision to do what I’m naturally good at, on my own terms to meet the standard I strive for.
Contact just within the 9-5 opening times, Monday to Friday isn’t enough anymore, flexibility is needed and that’s what I have. I want clients to know they can contact me at a time that fits within their schedule to create a more relaxed process.
I wanted to also be flexible on location to be able to meet my clients at a place that more suits us both rather than an office that might not always be convenient for the client.
With all that said, my service promise to you is that I know I can’t guarantee every single person’s happiness on the planet, I am also realistic, but what I will guarantee is that I will always do my absolute honest best to try.
Valuations
Are you thinking of selling but would like to understand what you can achieve in the current market? Then speak to me today.
Not only can I help you to understand the market but I will be able to offer you sound advice on how you could potentially improve your chances of a higher asking price or a quicker sell.
I have been working as an estate agent for 6 years and it is this experience that I can give to you when conducting a free valuation.
Contact me today to book in a time for me to pop down at a time that suits you. Or alternatively, get an instant valuation here using my valuation tool.
Whatever the reason may be, I’d be delighted to visit you at your home, and if you are prepared to supply the coffee (a free coffee will suffice, I’ll even bring the biscuits!) then I would be more than happy to give you a no-obligation market appraisal of your home.
Viewings
There is extensive phone and online coverage as well as the use of social media. This means that prospective purchasers can get in contact either through my office, my websites, property portals, my social media accounts or email. As an independent personal estate agent, it really couldn’t be any easy to get in touch with me and book a viewing.
Also, because I work differently to other estate agents in the area, I don’t need to have 20+ properties on the market at any one time, to be honest, I don’t ever want to have too amny on at one time. This means that I can give my utmost attention to my clients, their property and potential buyers. If a buyer calls or if a client has a question, I don’t want them having to wait for me to get back to them.
It is worth noting that a successful open house means you only have to get the house ready once!
All viewings and Open houses are conducted by myself.
About Rossendale
I moved to Rossendale 7 years ago and now, with two children with my Husband, I have really gotten to know what this valley is all about. The selection of parks in and around the area and nurseries are second to none, the little gem that is Rawtenstall keeps growing each year, the countryside has so much to offer with its access to the outdoors, the bus link X43 that goes straight to Manchester and up to 13 ofsted ‘Outstanding’ schools the place on a whole is so welcoming, new residents will surely be happy here.
With bridleways, rivers, reservoirs and stunning views, this area is perfect to get away from it all and is increasingly popular with people who enjoy outdoor sports.
With places such as ‘The Hill Ski Slope’ formally known as ‘Ski Rossendale’, ‘Rossendale Valley Sailing Club’ at Clowbridge Reservoir and ‘The Water Ski Academy’ in Whitworth or a great choice of trails for the keen Mountain Bikers, there is plenty to do.
It is that chilled, there are a few vacation sites here and there that are definitely worth a visit.
After exploring, you can then have the option to either experience Rawtenstall’s bars, restaurants and shops, even find out what the Market has in store which has recently been granted for some exciting improvements, catch the X43 direct bus to Manchester or go see a gig at St Mary’s Chambers in Rawtenstall centre.
Rossendale is truly a lovely place to live.
